After the billing delay we finally left Spartan and traveled to Grand Rapids, MI to stay at a Harvest Host called Schmohz Brewery. On the way there, we ran into construction with a detour that took us around the expressway. I thought that I was getting back on the highway when I followed a dump truck and a pickup truck down an entrance ramp. Oops! Those were construction vehicles and I found myself in the middle of a new road being laid down. I had to stop and unhook to turnaround on the underlayment of the future new pavement.

Luckily Katrina is a quick pro in unhooking us!
We finally arrived at the Schmohz Brewery and got set up.

We went inside to grab a beer before finding a place for dinner.

We decided to go to Osaka Sushi and Steakhouse as they advertised Shabu Shabu which we really enjoy.

Once we sat down and ordered drinks we discovered that they no longer have Shabu Shabu! We decided to stay anyway and have dinner. The food wasn’t bad, but when your taste buds are anticipating one thing and then you substitute for another food it never is great.
The next morning we headed back up to the Hockstra’s and still waters of Blue Lake.
