After traversing almost the entire width of North Dakota (west to east) we stopped near the town of Mapleton, west of Fargo. Our spot was the 4e Winery
(the 4 e’s stand for earth, wind, fire and air).
After getting partially set up we headed in to try their wines. We each tried a three tasting flight and we got a couple of appetizers.
My favorite was the Dry Rhubarb – go figure, Katrina’s was Marquette.
We planned on a long drive the next day so we we headed back to the coach. Unfortunately our plan to get to bed early was thwarted by starting a new series on Netflix – The Night Watch. We finally got to bed after midnight. Damn binge watching!
