Our son Keenan’s girlfriend, Sarah invited us to her graduation from the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, TX. Katrina and I flew over to spend the weekend with Keenan and Sarah, meet her family, and witness her graduation.
What a wonderful time! So glad that we got to meet Sarah’s family, particularly her parents, Mike and Christy Holevinski, her aunt Monna, her uncle Garth, and her Oma Vera (grandmother). Not only did we see them throughout the ceremony, we also meet them at dinner the night before
and at the celebration afterwards. It is always nervous being in a situation as the outsider, but Sarah’s family made us feel right at home. Great Family!
