What a pleasure to drive without a cross wind!

We left the Off-track Betting Harvest Host without picking a pony and continued to head east making our way to Bentonville, AR to stop overnight at friends of ours, Blair and Lane Billings (BeautiControl gal), son’s house. We parked in the street in front of Reed Billings house:

We had planned on spending two nights here but we realized that we wanted to get back to Myakka as soon as possible due to the last days of the construction season and we needed to ensure everything was completed.

Reed works for Walmart which is headquartered in Bentonville. Once Reed got home from a MBA class that he is attending we headed out to dinner Aoi Sushi along with his roommate, Alec.

What a cute restaurant! The four of us had a delicious meal complete with sake.

From there we walked over to check out Reed’s club for a drink. Really nice place with a bar, pools, workout room, etc.! Since that place was winding down for the evening, we headed over to The Bar

which is located in the lower level of an old church. They were celebrating Halloween:

We finished the evening with a nightcap at Reed’s house – go thing it was a short walk home for us!

The next morning we got up and drove to Memphis to see Reed’s parents. Unfortunately because we cut our stays shorter, Lane was out of town. We decided to stay at the Agricenter International RV Park. The place was ok and it allowed us to dump our tanks, fill up with fresh water and connect to 30amp electrical service.

We were able to have a later dinner with Blair after she got done handing out candy for Halloween. We met at Costal Fish Company where we had dinner with them back in June.

Great place! We were able to sit outside next to the heat lamps. It was fantastic seeing Blair if only for a brief time!

The following day we headed out on our way east to Huntsville, AL and then down to MRMR.
