The next resort that we checked out was called Cypress Trails located east of Fort Myers. Cypress Trails has lots available for purchase and includes all types of recreational vehicles. Something that we weren’t to keen on. Nice place, but not for us.
The best aspect of the resort was their dog park that included a pool.
Bear loved it!
The Chubbs’, the Busalacchi’s and the Allen’s joined us there. It was great having people that we know to hang around with. Dan belongs to a yacht club and rented a boat for us to go out on an excursion.
We stopped for lunch at the Low Key Tiki on Pine Island.
Outstanding fun! Food wasn’t great – pub food. It is always so much better to explore places with others.
We said our goodbyes to all knowing that we would meet up again somewhere out on the road.
Cypress Trails was not for us so we got to cross this one off and continue to check out a few more to insure that Myakka is the right one. Only a few more to see….
