Stayed at the Hilton Head Motorcoach.  Very nice place.  We have learned that when you stay in a Motorcoach resort instead of a campground that it is usually very nice.  The difference is that only Class A (Diesel Pushers) Motorcoachs are allow in.  In case you didn’t know, Class A’s are the most expensive recreational vehicles out there.  FYI – priced anywhere from $100k to >$2.5M.  Hence why the motorcoach resorts are so expensive (and nice).  Here’s a picture of the Busse Bus parked:

See the nicer amenities at the site?  Usually pavers, fire pits, outdoor kitchen, sitting areas, etc.  The resort amenities are usually nicer as well.  Clubhouses, pools, playgrounds, spas, etc.

We walked around the Broad Creek area and did some shopping – Christmas coming soon.  Nice area on the water with boutique shops and local restaurants.  Got a few Christmas gifts completed.

On the way to dinner we drove past the Hilton Head Disney Vacation Club property.  Almost went in to look around ;).  Ate dinner at the Old Oyster Factory.  Nice and on an inlet.  I got the Old Oyster Factory Low Country Boil.  It was delicious!

The following day looked to be a rain day, but before it started I was able to get Bear out for a walk.  He found a new friend:

Bear meet deer, deer meet Bear.

Due to the rain we went to visit Latitude – the Margaritaville 55+ establishment.  Nice but the houses were rather small in our opinion.  Also, not sure we want to establish our permanent residence in South Carolina.  Also, we didn’t run into Jimmy….

And yes, I have fins to the left going on…

Still raining so we decided to look for a new vehicle.  The two door jeep seems to be getting smaller especially when we have people visiting us.  We want to purchase something bigger, perhaps a four door Wrangler, or a Gladiator, or a Grand Cherokee, or a RAM four door truck.  We really don’t know – yet.

Went to Peacock Chrysler Jeep Dodge to take a look at the differences.  Started talking with an older gentleman but when we took test drives a kid who looked like he was 16 rode with us.  This kid really knows his inventory.  Drove all four vehicles that we were interested in – now to make some decision and start zeroing in on the specifics.  The kid really helped us out.

Hopefully sunny skies tomorrow as we will be going to Savannah.

Go with the 4Door Wrangler! You won’t be sorry. Bear wouldn’t look right in a Dodge Truck!!!
Hope all is well. Sorry I missed you at the Tampa Show.

I’m sure I’ll be embarrassed when you answer this question: Where did we meet? I am drawing in blank and apologize ahead of time.
