We have heard other glampers talk about staying overnight in a Walmart parking lot for free to save on a campsite. It’s a great way to spend a night between two destinations. We tried it at the Sudbury Walmart. What an exciting adventure, not! Parking lots have overhead lights that burn all night. The parking lot was dirty. No place to take Bear. Cars were going in and out until 11pm. The two good things, FREE and we were able to stock up on toilet paper.
