Got the Busse Bus over to National Indoor RV Center (NIRVC) right before they closed, but with time enough to meet our assigned  case worker as he walked out for the evening.  On the phone I told him what our issue was and he thought that they would be able to work our rig into the schedule hopefully on Thursday, but definitely on Friday.  That timing worked great for us as we were flying to Chicago on Thursday morning to attend two wedding showers for Ari and Matt.  NIRVC has electrical hook ups in the parking lot to keep the refrigerators running so not to spoil your food.  Great!  Didn’t have to worry about anything but getting the coach repaired while we were gone for the weekend.

Found a local dog sitter on Rover.com – great resource for in-home dog sitting so that you don’t have to take them to a kennel and they get better, more personal care.  Ran them over there right after hooking the coach up.

Since Atlanta traffic is worse than Chicago’s, we decided to get a hotel room near the airport to ensure that we would make our early morning flight.

Coach to get repaired while we were gone – CHECK.

Dogs taken care of – CHECK.

At airport with plenty of time to make flight – CHECK.

We were ready to go….
