Stayed at the Enchanted Trails RV Park and Trading Post outside of Albuquerque up on the hill overlooking the city.  Pretty to see the lights twinkling down the hill.  This was a Route 66 RV Park that still is in existence.  Check these photos out and you’ll see what I mean:

Bet you felt like you time traveled, didn’t you?

Kat and I ran down into the city proper to eat dinner at the MAS Tapas y Vino restaurant.  Delicious and unique small plates that we shared with a glass of red.

I’m sure I was in Albuquerque as a child like most of this beautiful country, but I don’t remember it at all.  Albuquerque is where my brother Allan was living when he passed away five years ago.  That’s how I knew this town.  Now I’ll remember it as a historic Route 66 town that twinkles at night.
