For the first time since selling the house I can honestly say that I miss it.  Decorating our house for the Christmas season was one of our favorite things to do.  Cutting down a large tree, hauling it home, and taking the entire Thanksgiving weekend to decorate it was one of our traditions (even though I bitched about it throughout the entire process).

Since we weren’t able to support a 16’ tree in the Busse Bus, we had to settle for this:

9552F498-6B2D-4687-8CDC-5E89CA8580D1

Not quite the same as I’m sure you’d agree.  Compared to last year’s tree:

75ADB264-6217-4719-A3FE-945BCBF6DA86

Likewise, the Christmas decorations throughout the Busse Bus and nowhere near those that we spent weeks on in the old house.  However, Katrina did what she could to make our new little home feel a bit more like Christmas.  Take a look:

A little festive decorations go a long way.  Now, all we have to do is to get together with the kids.  We plan on meeting up with them in St. Martin for a great family vacation in the sun.  Can’t wait!

It all looks fabulous! Smaller tree but bigger views! Have a great time in St Martin!
