Reno

We left the warm waters of the hot spring to drive through high heat and smoke for the entirety of the ride. Not very good scenery along the way, but I bet if it was clear it would have been spectacular. Our destination for the evening was Reno, NV. We stayed at the River West Resort alongside the Truckee River. Here’s our spot:

I washed the front of the Busse Bus to get the bugs off while Katrina went to buy some new workout shoes. Katrina made a yummy dinner to use up all of our vegetables before heading into California. Then we watched some Olympics. That’s it. No restaurants, no bars, no casinos, no nothing.
