We left the Hausauer’s in Walla Walla and headed south with our destination of Seneca, OR to stay at the Seneca Timbers Inn & RV. We drove through remnants of a recent wildfire and smelled smoke most of the way.

There were a lot of firefighters in the area and there was a fire camp set up to house and feed them:

We decided to continue on and get south of the Falls Fire. That’s how we came by the Crane Hot Springs.
Nice RV area called Coyote Flats

and actual hot springs that we wanted to use.

We were shocked at how many people were there when we went at 9pm. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed ending our evening soaking.
Up early the next day for a long and potentially smoky drive.
