We picked up the Busse Bus from NIRVC and drove the 20 miles down to the Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort.

What a wonderful place with lots for sale. Check it out:

They had beautiful pool area with a waterfall in the main clubhouse. There were four satellite smaller clubhouses with pools and hot tubs. All the hot tubs were closed due to COVID, but the pools were open. They also had tennis courts, pickleball courts and a nine hole putting course (under reseeding). Finally, there was a diner on the property. Lots of amenities!

For dinner we drove through In-N-Out Burgers:

I don’t understand the draw.

We were able to play some pickleball – getting in shape for our return to Myakka River.

We did look at some of the lots for sale. Empty lots started about $125k and finished lots went all the way up to $425k. The restrictions of building closed buildings had us shy away from serious consideration.

We basically just relaxed, used the pool and met some owners and renters. Katrina was able to get our clothes washed as we were still without a working machine inside the coach.

We were going to have dinner on the strip again, but the rioting picked up after the decision on the Breonna Taylor case. We thought it would be better to stay put and catch the sunset:

Katrina was able to get our final state put up on our map:

Now what? I guess we will start to go back to our favorite locations and activities. First up, another AIM Rally – we were off….
