Hopefully, once we get over the Continental Divide we would be home safe and away from the snow and wind. First up was traversing around the Tetons:

Beautiful vistas!

When you are driving through a National Park and you see cars pulled over on the side of the road, you slow down or stop. It means that up ahead someone has spotted wildlife. We came upon one such scenario and got this picture out of the coach (really hard pulling the Busse Bus over on the shoulder):

A momma bear and two cubs! Go Cubs Go!

Another picture out of the window was in Jackson as we passed the park:

Once we got over the top of the Rockies we were following the Snake River and we were able to stop and let Bear play in the water on the Palisades Reservoir:

He loved finally being out of the coach and in the water that he had been watching for hundreds of miles!

We made it over the Rockies and into Idaho! Warmer weather, mid 70’s. We traveled about 250 miles and stopped in Pocatello, just south of Idaho Falls. We stayed at the Cowboy Campground

and got one of the last sites that would accommodate our size:

Tight, but we got in.

Warmer weather and greener pastures:

It’s so nice to see green grass again and no snow. Can you see Bear in the shade chillin’?
