Well it’s Kat’s birthday today and we are driving down to the Tampa area and parking at Lazy Days RV Resort in Seffner. I wanted to get down there early enough so that Kat could lay out by the pool and relax on her special day. Unfortunately, the pool was covered so not much sun.
The RV resort had a diner/bar called “Exit 10” that looked like a RV was in the building so I went over for a quick bite and a drink.
Not sure if the shrimp were bad or not, but my stomach didn’t feel so good. It was a shame because Kat and I went out for a nice tapas birthday dinner and I didn’t feel like eating. Sorry, Kat – we will need a redo on that one!
Bear loved the dog run at Lazy Days as they had a dog play set available and he had to climb and go through all the obstacles:
Lazy Days was close enough to Clearwater Beach so we took our jeep in to get cleaned at Dereks’ car wash, the Pat n Polish.
Excellent job! Super clean – even all the dog hair out of the inside! Highly recommend this place.
We also enjoyed going into the Lazy Days showroom. They are one of the biggest RV dealers in the country, but they do not carry Newmar. So we checked out the competition and realized that we purchased a pretty good rig.
