What can I say?  This place is beautiful!  Each RV site is privately owned and is configured to their liking.  The sites are located on the man-made lake or golf course.  The owners have built “casitas” on their site which can house a bedroom, outdoor kitchen and seating area, bathroom and / or laundry.  They all seemed to have customized golf carts or electric motor boats.  As we walked around the park, we noticed that the Busse Bus was at the lower end of the cost scale.  Multiple $2+ million coaches.  Crazy expensive place – the most expensive for us so far!  But, pretty.

Kat got a real treat when she visited Indian Wells tennis club to play a couple of matches.    The 2019 BNP Paribas Open will be played there in March.  Kat got a few pics of the fabled courts:

Beautiful place.

Another one of Kat’s Beauti-Control gals, Marly stopped by for a visit.  Kat recruited her while we were at the airport in Cancun returning from an earned trip.

We, of course, had to get her name in the blocks!  I thought that it was such a stupid idea to bring those spelling blocks from home, but Katrina insisted – got to say now that she was right.  We’ve had a lot of fun welcoming visitors to the Busse Bus and taking their photo next to the blocks.

We ended our short stay in Indio with a trip up the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway to have dinner up at the top of the mountain.  We left too late to hike, but we did get some very nice pictures of Palm Springs all lit up!

Great dinner and quite the view, even at night!
